2020/2021 Production Update

Hello again to our valued MSV Family and to those considering joining the MSV family. Since our March 25 correspondence, the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced every part of the world. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who’ve been especially affected, for a quick recovery for the ill, and our deepest condolences for those who lost loved ones. We also are praying and pulling for the full economic recovery for our country, states, cities, as well as our business partners and customers. It is our honor to support the medical community with the most robust commercial mobile medical vehicles on the road, helping you serve your communities in this and all other times. To better assist you in your mission, we want to provide an update on MSV’s flow of production while dealing with COVID-19 and its effects. Learn more from Mobile Specialty Vehicles and reach out to us today!

MSV is following guidelines set by federal and state authorities. As of this date, we have zero employees diagnosed with COVID-19. Much of our sales and leadership team are able to work from home, and our production facilities are practicing diligent sanitation and distancing procedures.

While circumstances remain fluid, our efforts are focused on maintaining production and inventory as best we can while being safe. That said, we see a potential issue in our supply chain. A number of our vendors were/are shut down or working with minimal staff.

The resulting delay is expected to be minimal, but we are working to secure inventory where possible to advance production. We anticipate an influx of vehicle orders as the medical community is making fast steps forward in telemedicine, mobile testing, and more personalized care practices as a result of the lessons of COVID-19.

In order for you to have an opportunity to get an MSV quality specialty vehicle in 2020 or early 2021, we request new orders be placed as early as possible. This will allow us to anticipate our material needs and be first in line as their production ramps back up. Our sales staff is available any time to help you finalize your design and secure your place in our production line.

The situation is continually changing, but we hope these actions help you receive your specialty vehicle as scheduled. In these unprecedented times, our priority is to keep production moving in order to ensure that our customers and partners receive superior products to meet current and emergent needs. As our great nation and the world continue to contend with the COVID-19 pandemic, MSV strives to be a reliable partner to you on the front lines. Thank you for your business and your continued trust in Mobile Specialty Vehicles.
